Court Lodge offers a stunning setting for weddings, blessings, celebrations, vow renewals, events or a get together with friends and family where you can stay in Court Lodge.
As we are living in the house we want you to feel as at home as you can. We have one family room with a king size bed and a single bed, one large double room with a king size bed and one single bedroom with a large single bed. All have views of the gardens and one looks onto the pond and Norman church. The bathroom has a bath and shower but is not en suite due to the age of the building. Continental breakfast included.
Court Lodge Orlestone sits on the Saxon shore way with incredible walks though ancient woodlands, along the military canal or chose from Kent’s many beaches. Or perhaps we can help organise wine tasting at the local vineyards, tours in Canterbury, Dover Castle, Great Dixter House, Sissinghurst, Port Lymne wildlife Park or point you towards a relaxing spa or cream tea.
Court Lodge is less than a mile from the village of Hamstreet. Where you will find a village pub, independent coffee shop, village shop with post office, Indian restaurant and more; we are lucky to have a railway station in the village where you will arrive in Ashford in under 10 minutes. Ashford International Station has fast links to London, Paris and Brussels. Or you may want to catch a train to Brighton, Canterbury, Hastings, Margate, Rye or beyond……
